Bison Bacon

Di Di’s Good Green Beans

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans whole green beans
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lg. onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/3 c. Bison bits
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 heaping T. horseradish
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Preparation:

Cook beans with meat and onion for 30 to 45 minutes. Mix everything else. Drain the beans and spoon the mixture over the beans, heat thoroughly and serve. Serves 6.
